Hales Corners Motor vehicle crash reports can be obtained 3 different ways.
- Crash Reports can now be downloaded at www.crashdocs.org.
- Crash Reports can be picked up in person at the Police Department service window during administrative business hours. Please know your case number.
- Crash reports may also be requested by regular mail. Enclose a self-addressed, stamped envelop and check or money order to cover the cost of the report. Our mailing address is:

The cost of a crash report is $2.00. Crash Reports generally require at least 5 – 7 days to be completed and approved. You may call 414-529-6166 during administrative business hours to see if the report has been completed.
Administrative Hours are Monday through Friday between 8am and 4pm (excluding holidays).
